Bluetooth audio streaming on 2006 model

Don't think I've seen this addressed specifically...

Does the 2006 model support Bluetooth audio streaming from a phone to the car audio? My phone pairs fine for phone calls.

If not, can the software be updated to support this - I have read elsewhere that your Bluetooth version has to support A2DP??

If not, I'm going to go the route of hard wiring as described on this forum.

AFAIK, no. I know my 08 does not have this feature so I doubt an 06 would.

Phins - thanks (and for your other reply re: serpentine/starter noise) - that's what I figured unfortunately.
