I think they installed the wrong alternator on my 06 MDX

Got n my car yesterday and the battery light was on. Never happened before. Went to work and it died while driving home.Things just started lighting up on the dash, and the radio then navi died, the headlights etc.

Got towed to a shop. They replaced the alternator and had to car back in a matter of 5 or 6hours.

I get in and the Navigation screen wont come on( cant see the navi or the backup camera or anything, its just a back lit black.) ,but the radio does and I enter the code. Then, I notice my lights on the inside no longer come on when i open the door.

Then the door lock switches only work when the car is started, and wont respond to the key fob. I have to push down the locks to lock the doors manually. I go back to the shop and they are closed.

Is it possible that they put the wrong alternator in?????>?

It is possible, but that doesn't sound like the problem. It sounds like some other electrical issue - bad ground, failed component or reset computer, etc. It seems strange that the navi won't come on.
