2004 MDX Coolant Drain and Fill

I understand the LL coolant is supposed to be good for 100K. If I would like to do a simple drain and fill, how much 50/50 coolant would I need? We current have 161K on the truck and have changed the coolant once, at the 105K major service. (timingbelt, w pump, tensioner etc) IOW I'd like to just open the radiator stopcock, drain off what I can quickly, and not go through the multiple drains and fills till it runs clean etc.

The factory recommended interval for coolant replacement is initially at 120,000 miles and then every 60,000 miles or 5 years.
