Completed Big 3 Install!
Finally finished my big 3 Install on my 05 X. All grounds have been replaced with 1/0 awg Stinger HPM wire. I also ran an additional 4 awg wire directly from the alternator to the positive post on the battery (with a 150 amp Stinger breaker to protect the batt). The last step of this process will be replacing my current battery with a dual-post Deka Intimidator! As a side note, the only real challenge to this job (other than working out the details) was working in such a tight space (esp. when working with the alternator). I busted my knuckles up pretty good down there... As of now though, my X is officially ready for a nice audio install!

I'll be the first to say this is a bit overkill, but I am now 100% certain my electrical system can handle pretty much whatever I throw at it in terms of additions (obviously the battery and alternator factor in as well)... Hope this helps anyone interested, and if you have any questions, shoot em...
