Long cold start

Hi, Lately up in N.H. its been 40 below, mostly 30ish. MDX is having a tough time trying to start when it sits for more than half hourish. It just keeps turning and turning until finally it starts. All the maintenance is done, pcv valve appears to be in good condition, battery changed a month ago, same with everything else (fanatic about it...lol) Oh, its an 02 with 128,000 on it. 03 with 180,000 on it, starts very strong comparing to the 02. Any ideas?

Valve adjustment fixed this on my 02
