Has anyone any clues as to what may be causing my SRS Indicator Light to sometimes illuminate as I am just driving along? Pulling over, turning the ignition off, then re-starting the engine, always results in it going out (after the initial lamp test routine) and usually staying out for the remainder of the trip. It may be many trips (or the very next) before it comes on again.

I had this problem recently on my 2004 MDX with 135K miles, and I took it to my Acura dealer. They told me it was caused by a short in the driver seat belt buckle mechanism. They replaced it for free, as the seat belts have a lifetime warranty. It hasn't lit up in the 2K miles since then, so I think they were right.
