Need help decide on a MDX

I want to get an MDX for my growing family. I average about 8K miles a year. Plan on keeping it for 5 years.

There is a 2007 base on craigslist for 17k with 72K miles on it. Is this a good deal? This vehicle was a lease vehicle for the first 3 years and now a second owner the other 3 years. I will be the third owner. No warranties.

There is second one, the owner is asking for 22k and has 77k, for a 2007 MDX with tech package. Not sure how much they would go lower. But it is supposed to be covered by factory warranty untill 2015.

Also there is third low cost option for a salvaged 2006 MDX touring with 119K miles for 7K. The accident was at 59K. They were able to put in another 60K. But it seems there is this code P0430 Bank 2 that I need to fix. The forth owner want to sell it with in a month of buying it. I will be the 5th owner

IMO I'd stay away from the salvaged car.

The one for 17k for 72k miles is probably your better choice.

But I'd still keep looking around and don't settle on just a few you see. There are TONS of MDX's out there somewhere in all different kinds of colors and variations.
