Good Price? 2013 MDX w/Tech $42k

I have a confirmed price of $42k plus TTL for a 2013 MDX w/Technology Package. MSRP of $47,890. I'm feeling that is a great price. Has anyone else got a 2013 w/Tech package for less?

I recevied the following price from one dealer and another dealer said they would match. I'm looking to get a Dark Cherry MDX for my wife. Going with either the Tech or Advance, hadn't quite decided yet.

2013 MDX Advance: $46,280*


*Includes destination/handling but does not include sales tax, .doc, ERT, and license plate fees.

Got a 2013 mdx black/ebony today in san jose, CA for 40000.
The dealer also gave 4 years/48000 miles worth of oil changes and scheduled maintenance free. He claimed its worth 1000$, but it showed up as a discount of 475$ on the final papers I signed.

- all weather floor mats
- tri-fold rear cargo mat
- VIN etching
- 2 oil changes
- lifetime 10% off discount on parts/service
