Have just had my engine mounts replaced on my 2001 MDX at 135,000 miles. Engine now has a rough, uneven idle. Does anyone know if there is a connection? I would like to be more informed when I question my mechanic. Also had master cylinder replaced at the same time. Thanks to all for your help.

On Accords w/ active dampening mounts, some have found that aftermarket mounts don't dampen vibration as well as OEM.
good luck
