2012 MDX + 2012 ZDX Wheels

Some background info: I owned a 2004 MDX before and I got this 2nd generation MDX last December. I've been driving it around but felt like I wanted to make it my own. I got the 20" ZDX wheels, removed the finish, powdercoated black.

Those are straight fire--looks great!

What tires did you put on them?

Looks good. Ive had the same wheels for a couple years. 2 winters in Scottsdale and 1 in Denver. They were perfect before Denver, now they are all chipped up from gravel on I70 in the mountains. Thinking of doing this when they get worse.

How much did you pay?

That is badass. Thinking of powdercating my advanced wheels if they get messed up. I'm curious as well on the cost.

Thanks!

Thanks for the comments, keep them coming. I paid a pretty penny for them.

I found a local powdercoat place and worked with them. They removed the old finish and have them repainted. I would recommend whoever is painting them to to not to put too much paint on them. The cost to remove and repaint was $400.

As for the tires I got Yokohama Parada Spec-X. I actually really like these tires. Super quiet and good feel.
