Navigation keeps asking for the code

Has anyone had this problem before. My navigation screen asks to enter the code. I put in code and after downloading all works fine. But each time I turn my 2004 MDX off I have to put the code in again when I restart it. I was thinking it could be the battery but all my other electrical devices work just fine and the car starts up easily. Any ideas?

Did you get your battery load tested?

No, but that's what my wife been telling me... Guess I'll have it check to at least eliminated the battery as a reason. Thanks!
