Overfill by 1QT on the tranny of a 02 MDX

Tranny was fine, I gave the new mechanic a 4qt generic Z1 container, he fully drained 3.3 qts during the oil change but used a entire 4qts on the refill . Luckily I was thinking about it and caught it in about 30days, drained it again, and refilled it properly. Any suggestions on which will be the first tranny gaskets to go? It seems to have leaked, some, it was overfilled .8 of a qt. Anyone know if .8 of a qt for maybe 500 miles might have created to much pressure inside, all seems fine now. I'm sticking to the same shop from now on, no newbies on my 10yr old mdx.

I'm going to guess that no damage was done with less than 1 quart overfilled.

Good guess, 3k miles later its still running well w/vavoline HI-MILEAGE Z1 tranny fluid substitute.

My tranny issues have subsided......dealer estimated 3-4k maybe more for a complete gasket'ed overhaul. They would have sub-eb it out no doubt.
