I have been having a hard time accessing the Driver's side under-dash fuse/relay box.

I can remove the nut, but cannot open/access the top and bottom tabs to the cover. Does the car have to be raised to get at it from a better angle.

Very awkward and difficult from the ground, even my 12yo son, who is a little more agile, could not get to it.

Anyways, the whole purpose was to replace the flasher relay (trying to slow down fast LED blinkers with this:

(1.25"x1.25" square, 3 prong flasher relay).

But according to the image if I'm not mistaken, looks like it's just a fuse in that space.

Did I waste $5 for the relay?
