does Acura/Honda even have OEM wiper blades? the dealership i visit uses RainX blades and for oil they use Castrol.

Of course they do! You can get them at any Acura or Honda car dealer. Here are the part numbers for the wiper blade inserts (the rubber portion which is the only part that needs replacing; you can re-use the metal strips that fit into them) for a 2001-2006 MDX:
