I spun out on slick roads this morning, and ended up upside down on the side of the road. Fortunately, my beloved MDX protected me well, and I walked away without a scratch. The car is totalled however. It served me well. I may need to think about a new MDX for a replacement. I was hoping to wait 1 or 2 more model years for a new body style...
Wow, I am glad to hear you are okay. I was reading that there were a lot of accidents in NC and the state troopers were having a hard time responding to all the calls.
Let us know what you end up looking at. I forsee a visit to Leith or Performance in your future.
Glad you're alright and came through the accident without injury. A moment of silence for the fallen MDX is certainly appropriate, followed by the excitement of a new car to replace her.
Thanks for the replies everyone! I am very blessed to have walked away from that wreck. I am looking for a new SUV- probably an MDX. I haven't had time to research much AT ALL. I was out of town yesterday, and went by a New Hampshire Acura dealer (Sunnyside). The salesman (Wally) talked to me about the '11 MDX, but came up with excuses (car was out, customer coming in...) as to why I couldn't test drive the vehicle. Time was short, so I didn't go back later to test drive it. I will have to research it on these forums a bit, then take a test drive locally.
