I don't think it will; the 04 is more squared-off where it transitions from the taillights to the horizontal part w/the trim plate. Also has cutouts for the dual fartpipes.

i was actually thinking of trying to place a 2004-2006 bumper on my 02. i noticed the difference in the design, but i figure acura wouldn't change the fitment of the bumpers between years would they? not sure how the underbelly of the 04 rear bumper, aka the exhaust and spare tire cover, would fit with the 02 exhaust though. would be nice to have that underbelly that covers the spare tire..
