remove large fuses in 09 MDX

Hi everyone, i hope someone had done that so can help me out... i am trying to remove a large fuse in the primary fuse box under the hood, it's the long one with many of mini fuses build into it. the owner menu states it need phillips screw driver, so i remove the screw and left the tab at the edge, but still can not remove it from the fuse housing.
any suggestion?

Are you trying to remove a FUSE or trying to remove the cover of the fuse BOX?
