Bought this SUV in 2009 with 49k miles from certified Acura dealership. Currently at 85k. Carfax shows accident on passenger front fender from previous owner but Dealership certified and inspected. Regular maintenance has been done by myself and have my own records to prove it. Only full synthetic oil and OEM transmission oil has been used. I am the second owner located in Staten Island, NY but will deliver within reasonable distance. Drives like a dream and uber comfortable! Interior is in excellent condition, only wear and tear can be seen on driver seat (which is not torn but you can see creases in the leather from sitting in it everyday) Includes all maintenance paperwork and original equipment that it is suppose to come with (IE: two bluetooth headphones for Entertainment pkg)

- Dealership replaced: Front struts (Left/Right) and linkage (Left/Right) at 82k under warranty
- Dealership replaced: Passenger side mirror motor
- Brand new Firestone tires as of AUGUST 2012
- Optimum red top battery installed at 75k

MODS:
- Front DVD player mod (can watch DVD in front with the push of a button ON/OFF)
- Can include AUX in mod (not installed)

CONS:
- Rotors may need replacement/recut soon
- Two scratches on the rear passenger side door
- Small spider crack on front windshield (due to flying rock on highway)
