I just finished talking to Acura Client Support.
I have the following case number B012012-12-3100004
If you are not registered you will need to do that.
Go to client support at the bottom.
They can be contacted by email or telephone 1 800 382 2238. I chose email, had to send them two of them.
I read the district rep many of your comments on this site.
I asked Acura for answers:
1. Is this a known problem?
2. What is the solution?
3. Is Acura working on this?
He said he would look into this and report back by COB Friday.
It would be a good idea if everyone who has this reported it.
I will update with answers. The more of us that report the problem the better our chances of getting Acura to look at this.
