No heat at idle

I recently had my radiator replaced. Fine. That was during the summer. Now that it's cold its very noticeable that no heat comes while stopped.

It was fine till the radiator was replaced. I had the tech get all the air out of the system and at the time it did seem a little warmer at idle.

Now it's back to being cold at idle.

I read this old post:
No heat !!!

I don't think that is my issue with the climate control as it was fine prior to the radiator being replaced.

I get heat just fine as long as the car is moving.

The thermostat was replaced a litle over a year ago with the timing belt and water pump.

Thanks for any insight.

Problem solved! Low coolant. I filled it up all the way and heat is back. I just assumed mechanic would have filled it all the way.

I'd call the place where the mechanic works and tell them what happened, perhaps you'd get some type of compensation, even if it's a oil change.
