What is causing this terrible noise in 08 MDX?

Hi - Our 2008 MDX has been acting up...it makes this terrible noise every few times we drive it (definitely not every time), possibly exacerbated by turning. I took a video of it, it's kind of dark until the very end, but at leat you can hear it. It might have something to do with this belt running in the middle under the hood (see video). I'm not a car guy, but if there is someone here who knows a lot about repairs, do you have any idea what's wrong and how much we should pay to have it fixed?

how many miles?

Sure could be the PS pump. Also take a close look at the belt itself. If it is shredding anywhere it could be causing some noise.
