Rough ride in 2012 MDX

Hi everyone,

I bought a 2012 base MDX a few months ago and generally really like it, but take it on an uneven two-lane road (which is anything west of me) and this thing absorbs every bump; it's like the chassis moves with the suspension rather than being independent of it. I took it to the dealer on Friday and they claim that's completely normal for this car.

So it sounds like I don't have many options. The car only has 1300 miles on it, but the service tech said the suspension isn't likely to break in more than it already has. Would better tires than the OEM Bridgestone help, say Michelin Primacy MXV4? Those seem to be rated pretty high for comfort.

It's the nature of the x. Nothing to do with tires.
