Unhappy unable to remove air filter screw

The four screws that hold the air filter cover are so tight, I can't remove them. Does anyone have the same experience? What can I do to remove them? I sprayed WD40. It's not helping so far.

Thanks very much for the help.

PB Blaster and let it sit awhile and then respray. Soft blows with hammer on screwdriver also help.

get an 8mm socket (preferably 1/4" drive) and put a long extension on it, you will have more leverage with the socket VS the screw driver.
then when you do get it out, put some lubricant down there, not WD-40, that will dry it out, i like fluid film, or rust check
