how to see AUX menu on upfront navigation screen

So I have the Mdx 08 with the entertainment package and don't use DVDs, but the flash drive instead that's connected to AUX in a back trough a Western Digital media player.

As much as I love the set up as it keeps my little one entertained for hours on long drives, it's extremely annoying trying to find where we left off. Since I don't see the screen with the menu that shows the list of videos, I have to remember the number of the last movie watched and count the clicks on the remote hoping it will get me to the right one.

So my question is, is there a way to install some kind of a device that will allow the passenger upfront to see the AUX screen in the navigation screen?
