Install 2010 Sport Running Boards
I have an interesting situation and I need some help from you all. I just dropped off the SRB are at a friends house (he has a 2 car garage...we have too much snow here). The plan is to install tomorrow, BUT I didn't take open the package and now I am at home and I don't know what tools I'll need for the install. I plan on taking the basics (and a flexible snake tool). Anyone that has done the install can you tell what tools I'll need. Thanks in advance.

Finished installing the SRBs last night.
I read somewhere people were having trouble with removing/accessing the screw on the inside. I found out that if you turn the wheel the hard in the opposite direction you can easily access it from underneath. And you do need to use a stubby. THANKS EVERYONE...THEY LOOK GREAT. Next exterior mods are the Silver Roof Rails and BSMs. (That is gonna have to wait for the summer...funding isssue) |

Is this style of running board, with the integral front mud flap, available for other model year MDX's? I can't find one searching dozens of Acura parts sites.

Thanks, but that sounds beyond my DIY capabilities. Spend a bundle and hope I can fabricate alternate mounting brackets, too risky. There are some OK running boards for the 2001 - 2006. One thing I found out about the X is the sides get filthy on wet roads. It really needs the fender flares.
